My husband is disabled and on oxygen and he can not get around. His room was always 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the rest of the house and a fan ran all the time. It was only 1 hour later after he had coated the roof the temp had dropped to 72.5 and now his room is only 3 degrees different than the rest of the house.
